Returns/Refunds
Please check your order carefully upon receipt. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.NOTE: Health/Sanitary concerns and Health laws prevent the return of Thongs/Panties, Bodystockings, Bodysuits and Wigs.
All other items must be in original packaging, have all tags attached and be in new, unused condition.
If you need to return an item, E-mail us at returns@elegantlingerie.com for a return authorization number. Please include in your E-mail, the order number, item name, Sku # ( item number ), and your reason for return. A return authorization number and instructions for return will be E-mailed to you within 24 hrs.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is to be replaced due to defect we will pay to ship the new item to you.
Shipping information
Our standard free shipping is by USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipments typically take 4 - 10 business days to arrive. This transit time is an estimation only and, depending on your postal carrier, may take longer.Please remember that standard shipments will be left at your doorstep if you are not home. If you feel that your neighborhood or apartment complex is unsafe, or if you've had problems with postal mail in the past, please let us know in the shipping instructions on the checkout form.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been marked as "delivered" when tracked via the delivery confirmation number.
Orders of in stock items ship within 24 hours of purchase excluding weekends and postal holidays.
Orders that come in over weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

Discreet Shipping
Your items will be shipped in plain packaging with a return address from L.O.R.I.
